We do not store Protected Health Information (PHI) beyond what is strictly required for billing purposes, if applicable. Any billing-related information is handled with appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.

6. Data Retention

Billing information is retained only for as long as legally and operationally required to meet accounting, tax, and compliance obligations. Once no longer required, it is securely deleted.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties, except as necessary to process payments or comply with legal requirements.

8. Security

Reasonable security measures are used to protect billing information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

9. No Additional Data Storage

Aside from billing records, no customer data is stored by this service.
